51-й Виртуальный Полк Противовоздушной Обороны (ПВО)
51 PVO Bison, 14-Dec-2007 a few dedicated Lock On pilots decided that the time was right to shape a completely new online squadron, with new ideas, unique culture, a competitive approach and world-wide fame and presence. On the 15-Dec-2007 the squadron was officially inaugurated as the 51st PVO Regiment to honor a real, historical squadron that fly Su-27. Krymsk was chosen as the main base of operations. The mighty Bison, a native regional wild animal, was proudly adopted as the squadron's icon. On the 1-Mar-2008 51st PVO Regiment was declared combat ready.

Welcome to the 51st PVO Regiment.
We are a virtual air combat squadron modeled after the structure of the former Soviet Air Defense Forces (PVO). Operating within the Digital Combat Simulator by Eagle Dynamics, We currently fly the Su-27, Su-33, J-11 & MiG-29A/S.
Our mission is to emulate a disciplined and professional A2A regiment, grounded in real-world tactics and operational procedures. We conduct regular training and mission flights, supported by dedicated members and a Discord server for coordination, mission planning, and debriefing.
We are actively seeking skilled and motivated pilots to join our ranks. Prospective members should have prior experience flying at least one of the following aircraft:
Su-27/J-11, Su-33, MiG-29/21/19/15, Su-25/T, Ka-50, Mi-24, or Mi-8.
Requirement:

High attendance in training and flights, at least once a week,

Working simulator setup. (TrackIR or similar, Joystick/HOTAS),

Stable internet connection,

Not part of any other squadron,
